"Very nice and comfortable room. Shower takes a bit of time to heat up but nevertheless was very clean, as was the rest of the bathroom. Would definitely stay again! Best location, right in the centre of the town. Only bad thing was that only 1 lift was working, sometimes had to wait a while, but then again you get your steps in for the day taking the stairs!"

"Lovely hotel, staff were lovely and in great location for world resorts arena and bp pulse. The bar is pricey. The breakfast is arguably the best I have had with lots of choices "

"The apartment is well placed for easy access to shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and the hot water ran out. A resolution was found quickly, (Sylvania?) was very helpful and understanding."
