Excellent value for money - a fair taxi ride into the centre of Birmingham and can be expensive coming back after midnight. The best part of our stay were the helpful, friendly staff!

Waited over an hour for food to be told we hadn't ordered anything! Very rude unhelpful girl behind the desk, more worried about going outside to smoke. Then when our order eventually turned up, it was wrong. Room shabby, broken items in the room and plug sockets not working.

Everything you would expect from. Holiday inn Express......no complaints, except for a fpuld smell in the car park every now and then from seemed like some kind of overspill behind the hotel?
