The main thing was the staff - mini breaks are really made or broken by the staff and this was totally made! Everyone we met was lovely, especially a lovely lady on reception. Breakfast was also great! Thank you all!

Excellent and attentive staff team, lovely air conditioned room with spacious and light bathroom. Shower was especially good! Busy at breakfast but fully stocked buffet, good selection, and clean restaurant areas. Would stay again. (Easy 10-15 minute walk to Bullring too)

I found the reception staff very helpful and super polite. My room was very clean and comfortable and overall the stay was a good one. I would recommend this hotel for either business or private travel.
