"The staff were not helpful which is probably through lack of training. We checked in and used the car park (which we were not informed was owned by a third party). On the second night the car was broken into which we reported to the police all we got from the hotel was nothing to do with us even though we spoke to the duty manage (who was the housekeeper manager). "The staff was very nice and helpful. The property however is not as it seems in the pictures. The rooms are needing some fixes and the pictures online are should I say outdated compared to what we actually saw in the roo Itself mood lighting didn’t work air conditioning had issues clean but looked rundown. Staff was in restaurant was very nice also. "

"The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."
