Find Hotels with smoking rooms in Birmingham City Centre

"Decent place overall - clean rooms, nice modern shower room, user-adjustable heating (not usually found in cheaper hotels) and a nice big tv! The only let down is the one working lift; the lift seems to stop at various floors in random order regardless of who has pressed the button and when. There was a point where the lift had stopped at every other floor 12 or 13 times before it reached ground floor and it shakes so much that it’s really quite unpleasant. This is probably less of a problem if...

"The apartment is well placed for easy access to shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and the hot water ran out. A resolution was found quickly, (Sylvania?) was very helpful and understanding."

But it was warm and comfortable providing a good base for visiting Birmingham. Just do homework on where to park if travelling by car. "
