Always book this hotel when visiting Birmingham for a show at the NIA. It's convenient with good facilities and friendly staff. Very reasonable priced too.

The hotel is well positioned with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Nice clean room, modern bathroom with a powerful shower. Breakfast was very good. Helpful, polite staff. The lift was an interesting experience!
