"Pretty decent. There were conflicting messages about whether or not there was continental breakfast (there wasn't). When I checked in, I asked for late checkout, but this wasn't communicated with the rest of the staff. Therefore, on the day I was to checkout, I got a call saying I missed checkout and needed to leave immediately. I changed my plans and day and ended up just spending the entire time at the airport (not ideal). The front desk staff was friendly but overall I wouldn't say they were...

"I recently had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Grand Central in New York City. From the moment I arrived, Shannon was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and answering all my questions about nearby attractions. The room was spacious and spotless with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore nearby sights, and their on-site market sold items that made it easy to not have to walk a few blocks to another store. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I’d highly recommend Hyatt Grand Central for anyone visiting NYC."
