"Great location for commuting or wanting to be in a walkable place to see manhattan, time square etc. Bug rooms compared to other hotels. There is a per night hotel fee so don’t be surprised. I thought the staff and customer service was amazing here! They heard any concerns I had. They looked after me and my family there! The concierge was great. I would recommend this hotel. Hyatt Grand Central New York (there are a few Hyatt’s)"

"It was lovely. The hotel is right next to the train, and our initial room was right on the tracks, so it would have been a little noisy (though to be fair, it’s actually quite well soundproofed, all things considered. It’s not awful, and if you have earplugs, it’s fine). We did ask to switch rooms to one on the other side of the property anyway, because no harm in asking, and they were super helpful and responsive and ended up having one open room that we switched to away from the train. That second room was EXTRA good, very quiet. Very comfortable beds. We slept very well here. Would recommend, we will probably be back again. Best value hotel we’ve stayed at in NYC. Walking distance from some fun spots. The immediate areas a little dirty/not great. But a short walk into bushwick and right on a very convenient train to go anywhere. "
