"A slight hiccup on water temperature forced a room change, so we didn't get started on the best foot. However, every single staff member went above and beyond to be courteous, professional, helpful, and kind. This included management, front desk, service technicians, and happy hour / breakfast staff. We felt incredibly welcome and taken care of. The rooms are Manhattan standard size (smaller than most US cities), but well laid out and comfortable. Location is just a short walk to Midtown...

"Everything was a really good experience, starting off with the staff and the rooms! Very convenient, you step out of the hotel and you’re in Timesquare. The only thing I did not agree was that they charge a $36 daily fee, and when your booking the room they do not tell you about this…"
