"The property was Okay at best, it needed some work, places on the walk way needed to be fixed tripped several times on broken tiles. Room staff was friendly but the dinning staff could be very rude particularly in the Italian restaurant. Indoor areas especially dinning rooms were hot. "

"We stayed for our honeymoon and had the best time! The staff is so wonderful. We loved seeing Vidal, Damarys, Jordania, Carlos, and Kelvin every day. So helpful and sweet. Our favorite restaurants were Spice and Agave. The pool was so clean and fun, great swim up bar. Beach was stunning and so well maintained. We are an LGBT couple and felt totally safe and accepted. Met a few other couples too! Enjoyed the nightly entertainment, especially the rock show! "

Outside the resort doesn’t seem that nice and not close to much but honestly there is so much on the resort there is no need to leave. The resort is very safe. There are plenty of activities and restaurants. Really enjoyed my stay!"
