"I had never been to Playa del Carmen before, it would have been nice to know that the pedestrian walkway to the central area was just left as you exit the hotel. I turned right and the area felt less safe as I was walking along the sidewalk. It is a great location for the price, once I realized how close it was to the pedestrian road. The staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean."

"The beach was wonderful! The staff was very kind and accommodating! The buildings and rooms could use some renovations and updates, but it was a comfortable stay. The food was my least favorite part of the trip. I have to maintain a gluten free diet and there wasn't alot of variety or food options. Some days the food at the buffet was cold, and it didn't vary based on timing of the meal. Great location in Playa!"

"I throughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were beyond friendly and available, the property was very clean and well maintained. The drinks were good, however, the food was not worth the all inclusive. Dining in the buffet wasn’t what I thought it would be. Breakfast was good because of the omelet station. I didn’t understand anything about the lunch station at the buffet and dinner wasn’t any better. The Italian restaurant was my favorite, the lasagna to be specific. I also appreciated the snack...
