Maria and her brother offered exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. They helped us with every single need we had, small and big. They both speak amazing English and were so kind and welcoming. The pool was wonderful and they even have a private cenote on property to experience. "Nothing fancy but the rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable and the bedding is also nice. It's right on the highway and I'm a light sleeper but there's very little noise after 10pm. Food choices are limited but what they serve is exceptionally good at a very reasonable price. They do have limited drinks available as well (no wine). The staff is absolutely fantastic and the service is amazing. The place is about 10-15 min to Puerto Morelos which is a lovely town with a gorgeous beach...

"The capsules are great although a little worse for wear. As other mentioned the bathroom system is primitive and outdated, it felt very dirty and I avoided taking showers at the hostel. "
