"I liked all the Christmas decorations and the staff was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious! Our room had coffee that previously spilled down the wall, a piece of popcorn on the floor and some pieces of plastic on the floor from previous person. Did not understand the switching of a used mattress while we were in the room and why that couldn’t be placed before we arrived or after we left. But overall enjoyed our stay. "

"Very nice modern hotel. Breakfast buffet has to be one of the best I've ever had with tons of options. Tons of dinning options within few minutes walk and several convenience/ supermarkets if you need any essentials for your travel needs. About 4 minute walk to the Underground Tube station. Usually only took 10-15 minutes to get down to the river by the London Eye or Tower of London areas. Less than 1 hour to get to Heathrow on the train"
