"During our 8 day stay we received the greatest service out of any hotel in London that we have stayed at. From walking in to leaving was perfect. The concierge Paddy was so helpful he helped like he knew us personally. The door man Max did his job exceptionally. All in all the staff made our stay magnificent we will definitely be going back. "Having stayed previously, it was great to be welcomed back like an old friend. The reception staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the rooms are stylish, clean, and comfortable. The continental breakfast is fresh and plentiful. The location of the hotel is excellent. lots of good restaurants within close proximity. The # 24 bus runs frequently 24 hrs, and goes directly to key tourist locations such as Westminster and Trafalgar Sq. Five minutes walk to the tube station, 25 mins walk to Knightsbridge, passing some exclusive properties. Great value for money. "

"We stayed here during our layover in London. It was centrally located and we were able to walk and take in the sights. It is close to shopping, restaurants, the Buckingham Palace, St James Park and Westminster Abbey. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was also very helpful and courteous. "

"We read the reviews before so we were aware the stairs were steep and were fine with it. We were in room 16 so on the highest floor and the steps were not bad at all, we had backpacks so it was easy. We were able to check in early for our two night stay and room was cleaned in the morning and had fresh towels for the second night. TV was small but your not in your room much so its not a big deal. Fan was a great touch for air circulation. Room was small but expected and was sufficient for our needs. LOVED the location near Victoria station, one train directly to Gatwick airport from here. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!"
