"Beautifully decorated hotel just steps away from Trafalgar Square and the government area. The staff were very helpful for the most part, despite a delay in checking in. The room was clean and comfortable and my only complaint is the wacky lighting system that we never figured out--seemed like you had to have all the lights on or none at all. Expensive food options in the hotel, but you are near lots of other dining options as well."
