"Nice facility and close to underground tube"

"We chose this hotel as it was within a 10 minute walk from Wicked at the apollo which was right outside of Victoria Staion. The receptionist was hrlpful and friendly. The room was fine and clean. if you just need it for a base its perfect. The rooms come with a complimentary continental breakfast. (Don't expect a full English) all of the breaksast foods were fresh and a good selection. Theres complimentary bottled waters, biscuits and teas and coffees. Also new slippers. There is a hair dryer, but no iron. But im sure they would provide one if needed. There was a porter to take your bags to your room. Which by the way there are no lifts. So if you cant do stairs, there are rooms on the ground floor which you would need to reserve. Overall. A very pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel it is not luxurious but we were happy with our stay."

"The staff at the hotel was so welcoming and accommodating. They were very helpful with directions, theater tickets and just about everything. The location was perfect. The train station was a block away and it was the terminus for the busses as well, making navigating London super easy"
