"Hotel in a lovely area. Easy walk to Buckingham Palace and close to Victoria Station. Very friendly staff. Good triple room with free water, biscuits and tea/coffee. Lovely breakfast. Good selection and nice seating area. Able to leave bags safely to collect at end of day. "

Staff was professional and responsive to the issue and although they did not follow through with compensating me with complimentary 'drinks', I appreciated their cordial manner and accountability. The location is unbeatable. The restaurant is a bit run down feeling, but the food is acceptable and they have some nice cocktails on the menu."

"I’ve been staying at this property for over 10 years, and it’s gone through some massive changes. Some positive, some not. The rooms used to be much more spacious, and they used to offer two double beds. Now it’s two twins and the room is ridiculously tiny. Disappointing for sure. It’s very dark, now, as well. Not sure why the mood lighting but the hallways make you feel like you’re walking down the halls of the hotel in the Shining. Very much wish they had their old rooms back. The floors are...

"Great location for sightseeing, restaurants, shops, underground close by. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely building. Executive suite was lovely and big and clean but really needs an upgrade of windows and furniture , very worn."
