"Excellent two night stay and will book again when I come back to the city. Warm, professional, and efficient staff. The entire property is neat as a pin, quiet, safe, and convenient. My room was well appointed with a mini kitchenette, electric kettle, and Nespresso maker - there's something so nice about being able to make coffee in the room. The bathroom was lovely with fluffy towels, Molton Brown toiletries, and a rainfall shower head. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage for free my last day in town. Very happy I booked this stay."

"Handy location near Paddington. We were offered a ground floor room at check-in and took it. Headboard behind one of the beds was coming off the wall and kept pushing the bed away. It was also missing pieces. We were there only one night and reported the problem at check-out. Beds were good, room was quiet, coffee and milk were plentiful, and the bathroom amenities were nice. Front desk crew were nice."
