"The butler service is outstanding. Additionally I love the quaintness of the bar and even when sitting alone, everyone is attentive and makes you feel appreciated and comfortable. All staff are friendly and highly professional. For the vintage "English" feeling, stay at the Lanesborough. Next time I'll visit the spa and pool."

Service first day was awful. Took forever. Stayed 3 nights. Concierge was great. Provided great recommendations for restaurants and helped with tickets for sites etc. Overall would recommend. "
