"We’ve stayed three times so I guess we love the area. However, every time we’ve stayed our room has been lovely but the windows all leak air. Makes it loud (street noise) and cold/hot air flowing through. Otherwise I don’t really have issues. "

"Lots of staff at the hotel, all at the ready to assist you. Liked that in this day and age, where you don't always get great servicing of your room at some hotels that was not the case here as they cleaned everyday, changed towels everyday, and provided turn down service everyday. My only complaint was the outdoor terrace off the lounge allowed for smoke to permeate through the lounge and down to the lobby at times."

"The staff was incredible! Only thing to think about is the elevators are very small so if you have a lot of luggage you might have to make 2 trips. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable! Would recommend. "
