"Area was nice and felt secure, walking distance to Victoria station and close to nice shops and Harrods. Our hotel room was clean and neat. Breakfast was included and was very nice. Owners are involved in the service and were very pleasant, they even allowed us to leave our luggage as we need to go on a tour after checking out.Overall highly recommended and will definitely stay again if ever we go back to London."

"Friendly welcome, swift registration process. We had a basement family room allocated. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Clean cotton bedding on a reasonably comfortable bed. Our room began to flood due to heavy rain so the carpet was quite wet and the small electric heater didn't work so we were a bit cold. "My friend and I stayed here for two nights as we traveled around London. The rooms were smaller and didn't have an elevator but we managed. The staff were supper helpful and really nice. The breakfast was AMAZING with a lot of selection. They set up a taxi to take is to the airport when we left and also to do a big bus tour around London. Over all we would recommend this to anyone."
