"This is a nice place, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is located not as close (as it sounds from their description) to the subway, and opposite a hospital, which makes it quite noisy (so bring ear plugs). Also, my mattress was terribly soft. But the location is super convenient for downtown Vancouver conferences, business stays, and events."
