"Shabby run down accommodation with very poor communication from the owner. I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room. This property needs to be qualified as suitable with the advert of the property being very misleading."

"Had a great experience staying at Cove! The location is perfect, right in a shopping area with plenty of food outlets, making it super convenient. The apartments on the 6th floor were quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat despite being in a busy area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Liverpool! "

"The guest rooms are spotless, very clean with a minimal aesthetic. While I personally tend to prefer colour and some personality, the rooms are calming, the large beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are lovely, with a massive shower. "We use the hotel frequently and feel at home there. Especially like the atmosphere in the bar and invariably find ourselves chatting with other guests. Great location for the business district but only ten minutes from the Royal Albert Dock or the excellent city centre shops. Literally dozens of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk and its own MPW restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended "
