"Had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Hotel itself is lovely with gorgeous decor, clean and good facilities. "This place is good for a pitstop / one night or so. Check in staff were lovely, hotel & room were nice and warm in the winter. As a solo female traveller, the hotel also felt very safe. My room was good for the price, but a couple of added details could have made it great. A bedside lamp so that there was more option than just the ceiling light would be great, and looking at the shower drainage system which is slow - the shower is more of a wet room and the floor could flood easily. "

"The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still smells from the last guests. We were relocated to a different apartment which is the same and it was freezing cold and very dark. I called the host but they don’t pick up the call. Poor communication especially if the guests have children and coming from a long way. "
