"The hotel was pleasant, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food served in the restaurant was basic but well priced and prepared well. The onsite parking is free and very convenient. My only issue was the bathroom was tiny! I am 6”5 and when I stood in the shower my head touched the shower head which cannot be moved, I could not sit on the toilet with the bathroom door closed, if you are tall this can be quite uncomfortable. "

"Lovely hotel within walking disrance ro the Riyal Albert Docks and City Centre. Parking is conveniently nearby and reduced for hotel guests. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very varied and great choice of food. Room spacious and choice of different pillows. Great view over the city and the Mersey. Minor thing is that for a 4 star hotel the coffee in the room is unfortunately instant Nescafe. So many better oprions available, maybe something to look into. Other than that no issue...
