"The leonardo hotel is lovely the staff are very welcoming greeted us with a smile. Also gave us information about what to do when parking and where the car park was. check in was so quick and easy. The staff on reception and the bar area were lovely and chatty and very pleasant and professional. Our room was lovely the bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean and very spacious had everything we needed. We also booked breakfast for the morning the staff was very helpful and professional can’t wait to stay again will be definitely recommending to friends and family thank you for making us feel so welcome "
