"Firstly, we stay here because of the parking. It’s not multi storey, maybe a tad cramped, but because it’s on-site, easily accessible. The staff are great, polite and professional. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One which again is a huge plus, but I suppose my main issue is that unlike other similar chains, basics like a fridge in the room are not provided, I would also suggest the bathrooms are very tight with slightly fatigued fittings! . "Exceptional accomodation. A very good location for Albert Docks area & the Arena events. Room was great with a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kitchen with nice dining area. Would be perfect for longer stays (long weekend, week etc). Amazing staff, friendly and fun to interact with. "

"Friendly welcome on arrival. Excellent location for conference at the Albert dock. Room spacious,clean soft towels and extra pillows provided if required,plus a blanket. Good quality tea and coffee provided. Easy walk into the main city. Booking again soon for a short break."
