"I spent two nights at the Leonardo Hotel in Liverpool, the check-in was quick, also the staff were friendly. The room was spacious, however, there were stains on the rug. I enjoyed the breakfast. I loved that cold water was available in the lobby throughout the day. Check out was also quick. "

"Our first time visiting Liverpool and it was amazing. The hotel staff was friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Eleanor at the front desk went the extra mile and found us a different room with a more comfortable bed. We really appreciated this. The location was very convenient so we were able to walk everywhere. We finally stayed in one night and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and afterwards we wished we would have done it more because the food was great!!!! When we get a chance to return to Liverpool we will definitely be staying at this hotel again. "

"When we first got to hotel , the room we were given was not the room we booked , receptionist was really unhelpful , we asked to speak to manager, within 15 minutes he has sorted the correct room out for us , gave us the key cards and helped clear up the issue with the parking , the hotel was veery clean and today , with exception of one recpetionist all the staff were welcoming polite , the bar prices were reasonable for a hotel right next to a comic con , we had the breakfast buffet for 2 days , that was banging , never had they run out of any items , whole experience after check in was amazing , well done pullman."
