"Stayed here for 1 night and can't complain about anything. It's in a great location if you're arriving by train to Lime Street station (can't review the car parking). It leaves a little to be desired from the outside, but the inside is modern and clean. The staff were more than happy to hold our luggage until we were able to check-in and after we had checked out. "Lovely clean, unique hotel with a Beatles theme. Friendly staff. Loved our Lucy in the Sky room; many thanks. Breakfast was overall very good; a good variety of continental offerings including fresh fruit and yoghurt bowls plus scrambled egg and beans. Would’ve preferred a choice of egg and other hot food choices such as maybe bacon, mushrooms etc. Had a wonderful first stay in Liverpool."

The room was clean and the house keeping ensured the room was refreshed on the 22nd March. My only concern was that a significant number of boys, possibly there due to a football event were not supervised appropriately by the adults, who were obviously responsible for them. "Rooms good size, needs a bit of touch up in bathroom queen bed very noisey getting in and out.Breakfast very good selection and nice. Near to Albert docks so good area. Staff very helpful and pleasant.Would definitely stay again "
