Eleanor at the front desk went the extra mile and found us a different room with a more comfortable bed. We really appreciated this. The location was very convenient so we were able to walk everywhere. We finally stayed in one night and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and afterwards we wished we would have done it more because the food was great!!!! When we get a chance to return to Liverpool we will definitely be staying at this hotel again. "

Always clean, Always friendly staff, central to everything, right next to Lime St Station, Car park next to it (first come first served), but we've never missed out. Food great and great choice in the restaurant. On site bar, good choice, good prices. 5*."

"Stayed here for 2nd time, made sure a kingsize bed as a double was too small last time. Staff always friendly and helpful. Room was upgraded to canal side room which was very warm , had a fan in there which a well needed. "
