"Beautiful stay, good location and lovely food for room service. However, could have been better if there was complimentary water bottles, if we werent charged for my Child's milk, (£5.50) for a baby bottle of milk is extortionate. Also, I did not like that breakfast options are limited and even after paying for breakfast there is a seperate charge for pancakes and other breakfast dishes. "

"From the minute, my daughter and I arrived we are welcome to buy a very kind and very helpful gentleman. I feel so bad for not giving his name. He was tall and slender with a beard and very attractive. I might say. He took our pictures when we asked even Lois his umbrella for the full day. He was so accommodating and so helpful. "This hotel is great for reasonably priced room right in the centre of London with Lambeth north tube station across the road and Costa next door.But the hotel do a great coffee cheaper than Costa and quality of the coffee is good . Staff are also very polite and helpful"

"Stayed here with the kids over Christmas and we had a lovely time. Facilities were clean and everything worked perfectly including the shower, fridge and chrome cast on the TV which made our stay much more comfortable than we’ve been at some other well known hotels. Room service was completed daily. Parking was easy to pre-book, plus it’s secured underground. "Pleasantly surprised! Would definitely stay again. We stayed in a private double roomnbl with ensuite on top floor. Exceeded all expectations. Great location, close to tube and Borough Market. Only negative was no lift so rooms not accessible or suitable for those with lots of luggage."
