"I really liked that i was made to feel welcome straight away. The receptuon staff immediately advised me that i had a discount on room service and was apologetic that i had been put in a particular room. This was fine by me but I was offered free breakfast on both mirnings. All the staff were warm and kind and were willing to help uf needed. The food was good and i loved my room. Im definately going to stay again."

"Excellent service from the staff straight away from entering the hotel. The room we had was very spacious and clean and even though being next-door to Waterloo railway station, you could not hear any noise from outside. Five minutes walking from Parliament./Downing Street/London eye. And not much further away is Buckingham Palace/Trafalgar Square and all the posh shops. I would give the hotel 9 1/2 out of 10 only halfway because of a cupboard door which wouldn’t close properly. Thank you."

"Wonderful friendly welcome. Offered sweets, fruit and I was given a beautiful rose 🌹❤️ Made to feel welcome and special which is such a unique experience these days. Lovely quirky old building that has been renovated into this hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout. Rom was clean and a proper 3rd bed, not a fold out bed, which our son appreciated. Room had fresh fruit, water, tea, coffee and delicious biscuits and a small fridge. Perfect! Will stay here again when back visiting our family ❤️ Thank you all for a fabulous visit and look forward to next time 🤩"
