I stayed here a week, my first time in a hostel. The reception is always very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time in the common areas. I met some really nice people that were also staying there. They have lockers for 5£ per use. The beds were comfortable and clean linens. Very close to food options. I would stay here again.

Great staff, perfect location as the bus stops just outside. It was nice and quiet, and manageable but would have liked to have hot water for the shower and a heater or insulated windows in our room. It was in the 40’s at night in April and they had no heat:(.

There no privacy in my room, no curtains. No light (or lamp), no power (electric) outlets near bedside. The light at the shower room was automatically turned off when there is no movement which i understood. But the light was off in the middle of the shower and it is co-ed,i can't go out turned the light on. The washroom on the second floor was flooded once, no toilet papers available. Everyone gathered around the lobby to charge his electronics. In addition, i asked on of the staff for beer drinking inside this building, he said 'No'. But someone drink beer which they bought from the store just acrosss the street. The only good thing I 5say is there is a LEBO restaurant across the street and it is very famous. I bought half boneless chicken with rice, it id only 8 pound, which is very good price compare crazy price in London. I am not sure to go back to London, however, i will not stay this hostel for sure.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt geeignet für Leute mit geringen Ansprüchen, die günstig und relativ zentral unterkommen möchten. Coole Gemeinschaftsräume, 2er Zimmer sehr klein und mit dem braunen Metallhochbett recht unmodern. Nachdem wir aber ohnehin die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren und nur ein Bett für die Nacht gebraucht haben war das völlig okay. Sauberkeit war auch überraschend gut. Das kalte Frühstücksbuffet kann ich nicht empfehlen, gab bis auf Gouda und Kochschinken sowie Cornflakes kaum Auswahl.

Las instalaciones generales están muy bien, nosotros pagamos un cuarto privado, con baño para dos personas. Son habitaciones pequeñas en general, que no está mal, sabíamos que era un hostal, pero por ese precio uno espera al menos un lavabo completo. No caben las manos, tienes que lavarte de una. No funcionaba el elevador y tuvimos que subir nuestras maletas por la escalera. En general me parece caro para ser un hostal y para lo que ofrece.

Wir haben ein 4-er Zimmer gebucht. Beim Betreten des Zimmers, 3. Stock kaputter Fahrstuhl, dachten wir, wir hätten uns in die Besenkammer verirrt! Das "Zimmer" war max. 5qm winzig. Links passgenau ein Eisenhochbett, rechts passgenau ein Eisenhochbett, dazwischen eine Stehfläche von unglaublichen 2x1,50m! Auf dieser Stehfläche von 3qm standen wir dann zu viert in voller Wintermontur + vier Gepäcktaschen - im nicht funktionierenden Hostelaufzug hätten wir mehr Platz gehabt. Um die Zimmertür schliessen und die Jacken ablegen zu können, mussten sich abwechselnd zwei aufs Hochbett setzen. Dazu kam, dasss wir ein Zimmer zur stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse hin bekamen, trotz vorab angegebenem Sonderwunsch "ruhige Lage"... Da wird man schon aufgefordert Sonderwünsche abzugeben, Umsetzung null. Wäre ja nicht weiter tragisch, allerdings sind die Fenster gefühlt aus der viktorianischen Zeit - Eisenrahmen mit EINFACHVERGLASUNG, museumsreif! Null Lärmdämmung, hatten den Eindruck zwischen den Fahrbahnen zu stehen, null Kältedämmung und morgens lief die Kondensbrühe in Strömen die Verglasung runter. Hab an der Rezeption nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt - wären alle gleich klein... haben dann aber eines zur Hofseite hin bekommen - war auch nicht viel ruhiger, so dass wir dann Ohropax an der Rezeption gekauft haben - scheint dort wohl der Bestseller zu sein! Also wer mal die Erfahrung machen möchte, wie es ist in einer Knastzelle paar Nächte zu verbringen... kann ich Restup nur empfehlen!

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite. Was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat ist das Frühstück und wie wir bei anderen Gästen mitbekommen haben waren wir nicht die einzigen mit dieser Meinung. Ellenlange warte schlangen, schmutziges Besteck, Papteller und Becher und oft leere Platten. Und die Sauberkeit im zimmer und Toiletten waren auch nicht gerade Top. Schade denn sonst wäre das Hostel echt an einer tollen Lage und sieht toll aus.

L'établissement était propre. La seule chose dérangeante c'était les douches. Mais en tout cas, bravo. Personnelle très souriant et accueillant.
