"We’re picky, but we’re impressed by this place. It’s bustling and efficient and well-situated; rooms were nicely appointed and spacious. The location is fantastic. There’s a reason this is full of air crews, business groups and families. Taking off one point for erratic service — desk said they’d text when our room was ready, but didn’t; housekeeping made the beds but didn’t clear away half-finished teacups or take wet towels off the chair. But I’d still stay here again anytime. "

The staff always had a friendly smile, the room was perfect (bed was a bit lumpy), there was a convenient store across the street that was open until midnight with plenty of other local pubs and pastry shops, and it was a 10-15 minute walk to the tube. We would definitely stay here again."
