"Pinnacle Resort 220 was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. When we arrived Ramon assisted us into the correct lobby area to check in and was very helpful throughout our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I seen reviews complaining about the wrist bands but honestly it didn’t even bother us. "Great, quiet all-inclusive north of all the PV action. The property is newly renovated and very nice. The food options are varied and delicious and the Elite Club package was totally worth it. Only draw back is the open air theatre that plays very loud music until 10:30pm. If you have interior room (even an ocean front suite), do not expect to go to bed early. Our favorite thing was the service! Countless kind and helpful employees! Some of the best service we’ve had in years. "
