"The view was amazing and the staff were wonderful. My only complaint was through Expedia it lists as All-Inclusive but that is an additional charge that I was made aware of 2 weeks before my trip. "

"Beautiful lobby entrance and wonderful staff throughout. Depend on who I travel with if I was to come back. The swimming areas are limited as compared to other resorts we have stayed at as well as limited beach access for longer walks or exploration. Many restaurants to choose from, all very good. Rooms were clean, great balcony views but sky bar area was not cleaned each evening so morning lounging was with garbage ran dirty patios."

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation."

"Beautiful resort perfect for quiet couple 4 night stay. Food at all inclusive was better than expected. It’s Mexico everything takes longer for service. "

"Great location about 1.5 miles or a $6 cab ride to the malecon. Close to the airport 15 mins if there’s some traffic. The Versailles neighborhood is right up the street with a lot of options for food if you do not want to do AI everyday. Rooms were clean a bit noisy at night from the entertainment at dreams or secrets depending on the night but everything wrapped up by 11. Pools were clean and the entertainment staff fun and friendly. A bell rings at the pool when a whale is spotted if u r there...

"We had a great stay. Loved the beach and our rooms was lovely. Food at the restaurants was quite a bit above average in terms of all inclusive resorts. The staff were all very friendly. We would definitely consider going back."
