"Wonderful staff and very clean hotel. The rooftop pool and patio area was beautiful with a view of the ocean and can watch the sunset. The area is noisy at night with 2 bars next door, but they serve excellent drinks and the lovely park acrooss the street has many cultural events. Not a place for those who want peace and quiet! Great location close to beach and all the excellent restaurants in the Romantic zone."

"The service from all staff is First Rate, very courteous accommodating and respectful of your needs. We have never stayed in a place in Puerto Vallarta as great as Grand Miramar. Our suite as well as the entire resort was spotlessly clean, every day, very spacious and very well appointed. "My friends and I had an excellent stay during our quick weekend trip. We arranged for an airport pickup and they provided water and beer for our ride. (Tip: the driver is all the way outside the airport—do not fall for the transportation options just past customs!) "I arrived and my room wasn’t available so I stayed at smaller room with two single beds and the next day I was moved to the best king size bed with balcony. José ( manager) is a very nice guy always vey helpful. Thank you. This hotel is for someone who wants to stay in PV and enjoy the culture.. not a fancy place that’s makes your experience even more enjoyable. "

"I loved the view from being up the mountain side. The room was large and nicely decorated. The only things I can say I was not happy with was that the pictures for our room actually showed the upstairs common area pictures making it confusing. I thought we actually had a full view of the ocean from the pictures that did not specify that certain pictures WERE NOT our room pictures. Other than that, it was beautiful!
