"Beautiful and great location."

"We always stay at the Westin when we come to PV. We have been happy with the hotel but this time the cleanliness and overall service weren’t as good. The Westin was under construction and possibly this is the reason for the declining quality of service. We didn’t have any soap, body wash or shampoo in the room when we arrived, we also only had 2 towels, so we had to ask housekeeping for essentials. Next, when housekeeping refreshed the room, they didn’t replenish the towels or toilet paper, so...

"Staff attentive and friendly. All food service was great, excellent drinks/cocktails. Wonderful beach."

"The service in the sonne club,Rafael and Nacho, was outstanding. The meals were good throughout the hotel, with italian being our favorite. There was some construction work going on and can't wait till our next visit to see itcompleted. The views from the room were outstanding, never a bad sunset."

"Amazing rooftop pool. Comfortable bed. Great location near funicular! Only drawback was highway noise in Mountain View apartment. Loved it!"

"Liked the proximity to downtown, while able to enjoy the beach. However, the rooms have thin walls. Very noisy neighbors and all sounds from their room and others in the hallway were heard very clearly and loudly in our room. "

"Overall great place to spend a few days, room was dated and dark, bathroom very small. Enjoyed the pool, although lounge chairs were limited, and sometimes hard to find., other sister hotel quests would occupy the limited space at the pool. Would stay again for a few days as location was perfect."
