"Pinnacle Resort 220 was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. When we arrived Ramon assisted us into the correct lobby area to check in and was very helpful throughout our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I seen reviews complaining about the wrist bands but honestly it didn’t even bother us. "Our room was very clean upon arrival, although we had to wait like 1 and a half for our room to be ready, the pool staff is extremely friendly and the food is good.. this is a family friendly hotel however is fine to relax.. the only disappointing thing is that there was no kids activities during our stay."
