"I have stayed here before. I love this quaint hotel. The roof top pool is great! Lots of comfy longers with a bar for drinks and food. The entire staff are AMAZING. Tatiana, Silverton thank you. The rooms are clean, nothing fancy and quite small. However we were upgraded and our unit had a fully stocked kitchenette. The beds are very FIRM. The room was nice and quiet and provided me a wonderful sleep. We received an upgrade which included a room upgrade, breakfast at the sister hotel los arcos...

"Great little resort. Food was good and both à la carte restaurants as well as the buffet always had a great selection. Probably some of the best food that I’ve had at an all-inclusive. Not a ton of seating around the pool but lots of seating on the beach do you need to get down there to save a chair by 9 AM? Staff is great, no complaints."
