"We have had a wonderful three week visit to Sayan Beach. The condo is totally as advertised and more. We found it to be spacious, comfortable, great views/sunsets, and proximity to old Puerto Vallarta. The building itself is a major plus with two wonderful restaurants and multiple swimming pools, the staff is very welcoming and highly attentive. Our host was highly responsive and offered to help in many different ways. We definitely had a terrific time and plan to return. "

"Very disappointing, the reviews are quite inaccurate. This facility is overpriced for what it has to offer and what you can get for less $ that is much much nicer and more up to date in this area. Needs attention to detail, for example - noisy and inappropriately placed air conditioners, old, noisy ceiling fans, TERRIBLE lighting. If I had been trying to get ready for a wedding here -- I would have moved to another facility. Pluses - candles in room, great coffee in restaurant, pretty nice...

"We absolutely loved staying at this amazing property. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The maintenance guy was amazing, so sorry I didn't get his name. We had a hot water issue and he resolved it quickly and checked in with us. Getting chairs and an umbrella at the beach wasn't always accessible. My suggestion would be to set up three areas every morning knowing your guests will use them without having to request that service. "
