"La persona qe nos resibio muy mal comportamiento nada de amabilidad muy ruda al contestar le dije tengo una reservacion a mi nombre me entrega una llave y le digo son dos cuartos y contesta ; pos no me dijistes qe eran dos pero se supone qe en el sistema aparece el nombre qe tengo una recerbacion con dos cuarto y ni siquiera me dio la bien venida siempre e sido clienta de este hotel por muchos años tengo reservando en este hotel Me gustaría qe fueran más amables ojalá mejoraran el personal la...

"It is a nice hotel. Most of the staff is very friendly. Room service is delivered quickly. The last time I stayed there, there was a bar/lounge, but on this trip I was told it was not there anymore. There is only a restaurant where you can order drinks but it's not the same. Overall, a great value. I would stay here again. "

"The property is good to stay in when you need a place to sleep. Staff was friendly. The room was clean but didn’t have a blow dryer, no mini fridge or microwave. Nothing was nearby to eat. We ended up going to a gas station to buy snacks instead of dinner. I would probably look a little further next time to see if there is something with more dining options nearby."

"We have stayed at this hotel before. This is a beautiful, quiet and traditional-looking place. The staff is excellent. The restaurant and bar are both good. This is in a were and modern part of Aguas but is a short Uber ride to the center. We love this place. "
