"The staff was great and were very attending always checking to see if we needed anything. The Italian restaurant had fantastic food. One thing that I did not like was the bathroom layout it was difficult to reach for the toilet paper. I would recommend they do something different with the layout."

"We’ve been to this resort multiple times over multiple years. The staff is great and has tenure. There’s a couple hiccups along the way but they are always ready willing and able to make it right. It’s great for the kids and we always have a great time. There’s a wedding almost every night but they shut it down at about 10pm. We’ll be back again next year!"

"This was our second time at this resort. We like that you can choose to do all inclusive or not. There are so many other restaurants in romantic zone, marina, and old town, etc to discover! The property is well kept, clean and in a good location in the hotel zone. While rooms need updating, they are still fine, as we spend very little time in them! I would recommend this hotel. "The owner and Jennifer were fantastic and we could not have been treated better. Met other condo dwellers and have new friends!!We knew the new hotel owners(Hyatt) would not let us proceed thru the hotel to beach or pool unless we were prepared to pay 75 usd per person per day!! that was and is outrages!! The Hyatt personnel were very rude. We were not the only renters disappointed by this new enforced rule."
