"Fantastic hotel, we loved that it was pet-friendly, our dog loved to walk out the pedestrian entrance. Beautiful clean and well-furnished room (plenty of space for our travel crib), wonderful staff, clean pool and facilities. My wife is celiac and the restaurant team took amazing care of her (especially Beatriz & Raul :) even homemade gluten-free brownies and bread! We were blown away, can't wait to come back. "Amazing stay for us. Went as a couple and had a wonderful stay for a week. Food and drinks were amazing for an all-inclusive resort. I am celiac and they were very accommodating to my food allergy requests and every meal asked if there were any food allergies. Resort is also not very big which we enjoyed having a more intimate setting, unlike the bigger resorts in Mexico. Nightlife was somewhat lacking, but we were not very upset about this. Not as many families we saw at this resort, more couples and an older demographic, but everyone was incredibly friendly and we met many couples and groups over the course of our stay. "

"When we arrived we received the wrong room , then paid to be accommodated into another one which was a double bed but all that was available, the room was not properly cleaned food was left in fridge from prior guest. It’s very inconvenient that you cannot just go eat at the restaurants you have to go make reservations daily , the only thing that is available is the buffet and buffet as well is the only place you can go for breakfast which wasn’t properly explained when I booked wasn’t used to this type of all inclusive, the person who greeted me to do the “welcoming” mini presentation was very very pushy and when we were done her response was “you’re too late there is not available reservations to make today but just go to the buffet today” if she would’ve told me to book on arrival I would’ve made it at least disappointing that you pay a good amount to have restaurants very limited on various things . Just save your money and book elsewhere . Won’t be returning. "
