"Great room, staff. I like the low maintenance grounds, buffet were okay, I recommend French restaurant, service desk was very helpful. My turned down point was boats with loud music and I like to swim all to the aloud distance but the speed boats were coming to close and you can breathe burning fuel."

"Our reservation was for the Beach (adults only) when we checked in it was a 2 hour process and then we were sent over to Barceló Bávaro Palace because there were no rooms available for us even though we had a reservation!! I was very upset/disappointed at first but then realized it was actually a good thing!! Just not sure why it took them 2 hours to tell us!! Other than the nightmare of check in on the Beach side every thing was fantastic!! I would go back and stay at the Palace any time!"

"Beautiful grounds, beach and pools. Lopesan is worth its gold in amenities. The filet mignon brochettes at the El Assador restaurant was our 5star favourite meal. The Bravaro Coffee Shop was our late afternoon go-to spot for delicious lattes. Top notch dining and hospitality service. We want to go back! "

"The hotel is very nice and the beach is wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was that the food they serve is the same everyday. We were there a week and the menu didn't change. After 3 days I was tired of eating the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, the service is a little slow."

"When i get to the place , there was no reception, just a guy that say “they have no more rooms” so he called his boss and then he found one for me , there’s is no breakfast like says on the description, the bed wasn’t clean property, the bath towels was to old , but you still have wifi , good tv , air conditioner and nothing was stolen or missing on my trip "
