Find All-inclusive Hotel in Playa Bibijagua

"We booked Adults only in a swim up room. One day, 2 different families were in the Adults Only Section of the beach with children as young as 2. Crying, squeeky toys, and parents that refused to move. Security spoke with them on several occasions and they didnt move. Management did nothing. Many adults were upset, as we all paid for Adults only. One room had an infant that faced the Adult Only pool that was crying. Too much mixing and because of this, we will not return. "This is a beautiful resort. Plenty of chairs by the pool and beach. Lots of open air areas to sit out of the sun or rain with views of beach and property. Enjoyed the one show I saw but they started at 10 pm, later than other resorts I’ve been to. Staff were pleasant but language was a barrier at times between average and good or excellent service. "We've stayed at this hotel in 2022 which was amazing! We absolutely loved it and therefore, decided to come back. The service at this hotel has declined significantly. There were no carts available to transport guests from the beach to the water park, which was inconvenient. The lounge chairs got old, and the check-in process at the unique area took over an hour, which was frustrating. The food selection was average at best, and I had to wait hours at the grill for food.
