"We recently stayed in this charming newly renovated apartment that felt like a cozy tree house getaway! Nestled in a historic home, it was full of character around every corner. We especially loved the big windows with beautiful views of the trees, letting us soak in the scenery and enjoy a refreshing breeze. "Communication was very strong with the host. The site was immaculate. Checking in was seamless. Parking is a lil challenging if you have a big vehicle. (12 passenger van) All in all a great stay!"

"We loved staying here while visiting our kids. The house is beautiful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of LA but with easy access to Griffith Park, the Hollywood sign and all the tourist stuff. We were in great communication with the owner. The place was clean, the beds comfortable. We loved the view from the deck and the picture windows in the living room. "

"Absolutely awesome. Took some adjustment to the house but that's us. it's clean, safe, convenient, and really nice. A little on the older side - so if you're looking for super new this isn't it - but it's immaculate in every other way. The owner is awesome, very communicative, responsive and an absolute gem. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were great, the house was exactly as advertised, and the views are phenomenal. You truly do have a view of Hollywood sign, Observatory, Capital Records, and downtown LA from the balcony and downstairs bedroom. House is also walking distance from Hollywood Bowl which is exactly why we chose this house. Fair warning, it’s uphill/stairs on the way back, just take your time and you will be fine. 10/10 would stay again. "

"Very comfortable space. We all had our own bathrooms and they provided everything we would need. They had coffee, snacks, etc in the kitchen and toiletries such as shaving kits and toothbrushes in the bathroom, along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Everything went smoothly with check in. Communication was excellent. The neighborhood was clean and safe to walk around in. Would definitely stay there again when I visit my daughter in North Hollywood. "

"We enjoyed our stay here! The house is nice and clean. It is located in a good neighborhood that is close to stores and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and promptly returned our messages. The house is on the corner of two busy roads, but that did not cause any issues for us. We will not hesitate to book again next time we are in town!"

"We (4+3) stayed at the house for 1 night during Thanksgiving. The house is very clean and in a very convenient location. The backyard is also decent sized and the kids had fun running around. The host Timmy is very responsive and provided very thorough instructions ahead of time. "
