"This is as close to a home away from home as it gets from a bnb. It's clear that the owner uses this house on occasion because it is so comfortable, well decorated, and perfectly clean. There are also amenities around the house. The owner is nice and accomodatinf. I would stay here again!"

There is no heat in the main living area but the heaters in the bedrooms were very efficient and helpful there. "This little gem is a perfect two bedroom in LA -- clean and a simple walk to Whole Foods, drug store and restaurants. We loved it! Very quiet and secluded feeling, and the hosts were fantastic to communicate with and responsive to questions about early check in and late check out. Loved it. Five stars."

"Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this property. The owner changed me to another location on the day of arrival stating that previous renter had COVID. The second property was not of the same quality/caliber and the owner would not refund the difference from the original home to the room I was provided which is priced at a lesser rate."

"The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space."

"Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Lovely neighbourhood. Easy to walk to some great restaurants. Quiet property tucked behind a home. The shower was a perfect powerful shower, very hot and was the best in any rental we’ve previously rented. The kitchen was equipped with what we need to cook a couple of meals. Driving to what we needed or wanted to visit was fabulous. We drove to the rodeo drive area, visited Mr Beast museum, Taschen book store, Erewhon for fresh pressed juices. Factor famous...

"Close to shopping and great ret"

"Tucked away via private drives is a cozy apartment where we spent five nights. We had everything we needed here. Primarily used for coffee in the AM and sleeping at night, the apartment served us well. We were gone most of the daytime. The shower was wonderful! Would recommend having a rental car to transport yourselves, rather than Uber etc. "

"This was a beautiful and comfortable home for our stay. The location in Silver Lake was central to everywhere we visited. The home is new and looks great. The main floor is very open and inviting. The primary bedroom is almost the entire top floor with a lovely fireplace, super comfortable bed, and huge bathroom including a freestanding tub.
