"Overall, this was a 10/10 stay! Everything was so clean and easy to find, and the convenience of the property being so close to the BLVD was amazing! The only minor inconvenience that was honestly the fault of VRBO, not the host, was that the VRBO chat algorithm for some reason censored the WiFi password for the 5G network the house has. "This property is located in an undesirable neighborhood for VRBO rental standards. We were unable to stay due to the strong cleaning chemical odor in the house. We experienced eye irritation and throat burning sensations. We contacted the owners and they came to the property but could not resolve the issues. Aside from that, the house was not clean and the kitchen appliances were too dirty to use. The couch was broken and one of the bathrooms was mis-represented; it was part of a laundry room....
