Staff very friendly and cordial. Not their fault that accommodations, like pillows, were very hard and strains the neck. We’ve stayed by freeways before but hotels usually have double pane windows. This property was as if there were no windows. So noisy could not sleep.

Waste of money. No amenities whatsoever. They advertise that there is a restaurant and yet all they have is a small counter with a few tables and a limited menu that doesn’t even include any alcohol…and they weren’t even open for dinner while we were there. No hot tub, no free coffee, no microwave, no room service and even no guest service. They don’t clean the rooms during your stay! This hotel has absolutely nothing. It’s right by the freeway so it’s loud and in a sketchy part of town. 0/10 would not recommend.

Uncommon to not have daily room service (change bed sheets) - its on request and has to be 24 hours in advance. Response on request hasnt been nice like you would expect - you should have read and sign - didnt you see the agreement.
