"It's a lovely and very functional house, however I chose it because I needed a swimmable pool and spa for physical therapy which the site said was heated. Unfortunately, and unbeknownst to the property manager, the heater was broken, so while they thought that they were heated (according to the remote programming) they actually never did. "We needed a last minute booking and the host Daniel was very accommodating and kind when we reached out to him! We had enough room for everyone to comfortably stretch out and the decor was pleasant as well! Compared to other rentals we’ve stayed at in the past, this one was VERY clean and had every single thing we needed!! Thanks so much, Daniel for helping us out in a tight situation! "

"We stayed two nights for our annual Universal Studios Horror Nights trip and decided to stay in a house versus a hotel. The check-in was quick, the home was very clean, stocked with plenty of towels, and kitchen had all the necessities. The host communicated with us throughout the stay and I felt we would be able to quickly contact the host with any concerns had they arisen. Overall, this was a sucessful stay and would stay again. "

"The house was beautiful up to date and was equipped with lots of charging ports to plug in my larger than normal family. Loved the extra touches to make us feel welcome. Only two things that stood out, one bathroom (which I admit I should have paid better attention to ), and we only received two bath towels, and at that they were cheap towels that left chunky lint all over. Other than that. It’s a great house in a pretty quiet neighborhood. "

"Nice spacious layout in excellent quiet neighborhood. Great park for kids a block away. Needs a few more knives and forks considering how many it sleeps. Had a few maintenance issues while we were there but I have to say the hosts were extremely responsive in fixing them. Overall highly recommended "

"This property was in a great location. It was very close to Universal Studios, which we frequented a couple of times. It was also close to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. The property was very spacious as it accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. It could accommodate additional people. The host was very responsive to our needs, starting with being able to check in early.
